The Light and Vines Workshop and Wine Experience is designed and specialized for the passionate photographer traveler and wine lover.

Like all his Workshops, the Light and Vines Workshop offers you intimate and personal photography education for  all skill levels – from amateur to professional. Advanced photography techniques are taught, and hands-on, practical exercises are conducted. During the workshop, Andy will walk you through the series of decisions you need to make while shooting and offer invaluable counsel from decades of work in every setting, climate, and location imaginable.

If you are a photographer who is looking for new opportunities to move your work to the next level of quality, depth, purpose, and meaning Andy will work with you to hone your technical photographic skills and aesthetic vision.

What better way to get to know the vineyards and wineries you will be photographing than to enjoy the many vintages being produced. Knowing about the Wines and Vineyards you will be shooting in will help broaden your approach to composition and seeing.  As part of the Workshop,  you will be the guests of World-Renowned wineries for a private access for photography but you will also enjoy tastings where you will meet the winemakers and hear about the rich and beautiful vintages being produced in the Sonoma region. Sample the various wines and get a deeper understanding and appreciation of what you are photographing and just relax in the early fall sunshine with the fruits and rewards of your love and labor.
