Traveling to South America, I was struck by the dazzling array of natural wonders and cultures that I discovered on the world's fourth largest continent -- the world's most expansive rainforest, the largest river, the longest mountain range, and the highest waterfall on the planet. From stunning beaches and recently excavated sites of ancient civilizations to vibrant, sprawling cities -- it all can be found here. The images I captured in Venezuela and Argentina consistently rank among my favorite work.
