RETURN POLICY

All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to returning product to Andy Katz Photography. Return requests can be made by contacting us at Andy@Andykatzphotography.com. All returns and requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of shipment. No returns accepted after 7 days. Images must be returned in same crates or tubes originally shipped in and must be free of defect or damages.

Shipping policy

Andy Katz Photography can deliver to any address in the United States, the United Kingdom , Asia and Western Europe. Please note that due to certain restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to all international destinations.

When your order is placed, we will estimate and provide you with shipping and delivery dates based on the shipping Company and scheduling. Depending on the the chosen method and our shipping provider, a shipping date (estimate) will appear on the shipping quotes page.

To save you money, please be aware that the shipping rates for the items are zone and weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, package and product weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce or pound depending on weight and quantity in your order.

We believe shipping costs should be minimized and will do all possible to guarantee you the least expensive shipping costs available. If Andy Katz Photography is able to provide a lower cost than invoiced at Check Out, we will refund the difference to the Customer.
